These views of future demand enabled targeted pricing, saved millions in labor where hotels had been forecasting at the local level with less accuracy, and doubled ROI from flash sales by revealing where help was needed months in advance vs. the offer a sale everywhere approach used before the forecast engine existed.  Knowledge is power and knowing in advance helps you beat your competition and maximize your resources.
